Invalid credit listing

I do not have a product or contract with them but I discovered that I got credit listed 9 months ago for what I assume is for non-payment for nothing that I owe. I have been into a Telkom branch and they could not find a listed product under my ID, 2 hours ago the branch staff registed a "call back from an agent" and no call back. I have checked everywhere on their site and there is no-one to contact to solve this issue, not even useful options on the Whatsapp self service, so this is my last resort by reporting their mistake. Fix the invalid credit listing!
