Inundated calls from Telkom to ugrade my contracts

I am harassed at least twice a day by Telkom to upgrade my contracts with them. I am not satisfied with their service, their operating area and the cost of their new packages. I do have 3 contracts with Telkom of which the last one will expire around end of November 2026 after which I would like to move all my contracts. They keep on e me every day and each day I tell them at least twice that I am not going to upgrade my contract and that they should remove me from their lis. When I aske if it is possible to remove me from their list the operator cannot answer me. When I do ask to talk to one of the supervisors they cut me off. I remember clearly that I did request when initially signing the contract that Telkom may phone me and No 3rd party on behalf of Telkom as it is currently happening.
