Interrupt services while I payed my services

I pay my service via debit order with Telkom yet the service I get every month it's frustrating. They debit they installment on the 25th yet on the 3rd I get messages saying my service will be interrupted.

Last month they interrupted my service while I don't owe them nd apologized later, today I got the same message to say they will cut my service yet the debit order went through on the 25th.

Their service is terrible yoh, again I upgraded my contract with Telkom Fourways mall nd bought Huawei Nova 11i,it was suppose to come with headset but they told me they don't have them at the moment which was on the 21 May 2023, till date I haven't received my headset or a call to explain the matter

No I have mre than 4 contract with them and I'm even thinking of terminating them because their service is terrible
