Internetline down

Good day, I'm constantly experiencing problems with my Internet line. I'm working from home twice a week,but me Internetline is intermittent. Ask Telkom to upgrade my line to 4MB,but then my Router is showing a red light and no Internet connectivity at all. When you are trying to contact them on 10210 after 18:00 in the evening, there is absolutely no answer. During the day you are able to contact them and according to them the ports must be reset and I must phone back in the afternoon for a consultant to assist me. They assure me that there will be someone available till 23:00 in the evening and a consultant will answer my call. I've tried on Wednesday -17 January 2018 - afternoon to contact them, but no answer and after 35 minutes I hung up. Thursday -18 January 2018- I made another call to their contact centre on 10210 but again no answer..only a recorded voice prompt messages. In total I was on the line for 54 minutes.. My wife tried to phone the number as well and after 25 minutes she disconnected the call.

Call was logged to them using the self service portal and a reference number was received for the fault. When trying to log another call, you just receive another sms stating: "Please note that a fault has already been reported on this telephone number. The reference number is:***xx"

Maybe one of the agents at the Service desk must organise a time with the client and phone him back when at home to solve the problem??
