Internet & Telephone lines not working

Good day

I would like to report on Telkom, their service is appalling to say the least. It’s been 4 weeks without an internet now today we wake up with our telephones not working.

I called and I have spoken to 5 different agent which 3 of those were so rude and even have the audacity to hang up on me.

We cannot function without internet as most of the duties require us to be online. Telkom will require payment month end yet our internet has been off ever since.

We need help!
