Internet still off

I would like to know when will telkom put my internet on again???

I've paid it on Friday all ready, the service is pathetic and the only place telkom responds is on hello peter. We are now on monday afternoon.... What are you going to do about this??

Hi there. The line is faulty, I have spoken to a lady in the accounts department. I have notified mweb there is a problem with the line. They will send a technician to come and sort it out. Thanks for responding Frederik
