Internet Still not Working after Telkom cut it off in error

<p>I really can't beleive that this problem has still not been sorted out! (See two previous reviews).</p> <p> </p> <p>I really don't get how such a large company can't correct an error that they made in a timeous fassion. It's been two weeks now since Telkom has cut our line off without our instruction to do so.</p> <p> </p> <p>This side of the customer service is really terrible.</p>
