Internet still faulty after no internet for about two months

This is flippin riduculus 1st i had no internet and phones lines ,now my internet is faulty. I last logged a complaint after 2 weeks with no feedback confirming a resolution or technicion coming out. How long must i wait, this service is bull**** and ive been with telkom for over 3 years with such ****ty customer service. I really think that Telkom only looks after higher profile clients or businesses. Please dont come with the normal responses like this has been escalated. Can some give us a call?
