Internet speeds are terrible

My Telkom internet has been just terrible for last few days. It's taking like 10 minutes to download a song and Hours to download 1 episode of a series! It used to download in MBs now it's downloading in KBs what's the use buying so much data from yourl if we cannot use it?! The internet was okay but ever since yourl joined with Vodacom the service is going from bad to worse please sort it out my money is getting wasted. If that's the case I rather be with MTN pay more and use what I pay for for.
