Internet speed not even CLOSE to what you are paying for

This is utterly RIDICULOUS. The second time this week. I am paying for 40mbps/20mbps and not even getting 1mpbs/2mpbs. I am not going to log a fault every week this is really getting out of hand. How does Telkom even get an award?!
