Package Type: all unlimited<br> Called telkom 081180 after speed became slow from 6-8 mbps download and 2-4 mbps upload, low latency of +/-80ms pings google dns 8.8.8.8 to high latency of 300ms to 3000ms pings to google dns.of 8.8.8.8, moreover speedtest now fails to load.<br> 1St call to telkom 2016-02-20 or 2016-02-23:Throttled after 15gig fair usage policy(determined after speaking to 3 call center agents)<br> 2nd call to telkom2016-03-01 or 2016-03-03: agent supposedly escalated issue to technical dept but no case no issued<br> 3rd call to telkom 2016-03-05: agent logged case and sent case number ***5.<br> However now ETA on technical department response is 3 days.<br> <br> It doesn't make sense I still have to pay the bill at the end of the month but for 5 days now my Internet is not working.
