Internet service regressed AGAIN!

Your recent change from MTN to Vodacom as roaming partners has change your rating from 5* to 3* (1* for internet and 4* for general non-internet services)as Vodacom's service here is pathetic. MTN delivered a much better service.

BTW, what happened to all the upgrades you have done in Estcourt to install LTE cables and satellites? It worked for 18 months and now the service is getting worse than what it was two years ago!

As said previously (rated under an old Facebook profile), WhatsApp does NOT backup when roaming, even if it local roaming! So you have lost my WhatsApp service now to MTN this time. At least I know I would get service there...

Regarding the current speed - it has degraded from HSDPA+ to 3G after your migration to Vodacom. AND night shift now kicks out at 05h00, not 06h00 (MTN) or 07h00 (Telkom)! That means we pay more between 05h00 and 07h00 for data. Another ripoff for loyal users...
