Internet problems.

I've been having internet problems for 3 weeks, I pay for unlimited internet yet I only seem to be have internet in the morning before 7. Calling Telkom is no help, I'm told to do the same thing every time with no positive results.

I eventually logged a call with the technical department, which were supposed to get back to me on Friday 04.03.22 but still no response from them and how convenient is it that I cant speak directly to the technical department.

I'm suppose to be working from home and because of this I'm unable to do so.
