Internet problems

I have reported my adsl line at Telkom on the 11th of August 2017 at the nr 10217 and the person I spoke to ask to reset my modem which I did but still te same problem existed internet is to slow he ask me then to run a speedtest whuch shows mbps 0.48 download and mbps 0.49 upload he said he will report the problem my nr is 879 CRK110817. On monday the 14th of August I received a call from telkom that states that the line is clear and that they cannot find any defects and that she will sent out a technician out what I still waiting for. When I arrive at home the night the internet is still not working. I received an sms today the 15th of August said that the problem is resolved as far as my concern tgia problem is not resolved no techinian was hear to test the line maybe there is a defect in that? I have a contract with telkom and need the service. I am a real upset customer. They said the problem is resolved what is resolved??? Nothing. I you go by records you will see that I did have the same problem in April 2017. Is my internet going to work like this throughout the year on this rate?? They very fast that you must pay your account but when it comes to a problem you have to wait wait wait. I have run anothe speedtest on the 15th of August 2017 and it is 0.72 mbps download and 0.28 mbps upload internet very slow?????
