Internet problem

This is my 2nd Hello Peter complaint regarding Telkom. They still haven't fixed my first complaint. Haven't received assistance from anyone and have even tried multiple branches and 10210, escalations and have now also posted to Facebook how ******* the service is. All I wanted was my Internet connection fixed but no one bothers to return my calls etc including the branches of Telkom at the Vincent and Hemingway mall.
