Internet pauses endlessly

I called several to alert Telkom of internet interruptions daily. I get internet pause notices 3 to 4 times daily. Once my phone is off I've to register on the network and operator again and again. I've reported earlier but nothing has been done. Secondly, my connection can sometimes disappear and I've to struggle. What's going on?
