Internet paused.bad service

I changed from cell c to telkom, thinking it would be better. I purchased 8.5gb of data but every half hour my internet gets paused. I can hardly use the internet so im basically paying for **** service. This is a waste of time and money. Cell c was **** but aleast its better than this now. Nothing will happen regarding because telkom will just give another lame excuse to cover this up
