Internet outage every week

There is always internet outage in my area, every week there is an exchange or whatever problem that is affecting the internet yet I pay every month. This is not on, its affecting my work. I don't understand why its not fixed. I can't keep on calling every week for one problem and worst of it all there is no communication from their part to keep us posted. The call centre is clueless and no helpful.
