Internet offline

<p>I logged a call on the 22 august 2016 around 8am.</p> <p>Till today my Internet is still offline.i have called numerous times and no one can assist.the people at twitter only know how to apologise and never come to you.the call centre only types notes and nothing else.i am struggling to run my business like this.ref number is 126crk220816</p>
