Internet not working for 4 days

My internet stopped working from Wednesday 13th April. I am still without internet. I have been calling Telkom every day but the technicians can't solve the problem over the phone. Telkom called me this morning and said a technician would call me today to me an appointment to see me. Nobody has since called me.
