Internet line not working and no intrest in repair

My telephone line and internet has been hit by lightning and its been 2 weeks since the complaint was logged and I had no joy with them repairing it or even contact to tell me what is happening about the complaint. typical of Telkom one of the worst companies out there. their service is non existing.
