Internet Line Not Syncing

i have been struggling for a week with Telkom to fix my DSL line with no success, a technician was at my house but could not fix my line .<br> I have a degree in network but Telkom tells me that they must replace my line because my line is \broken"but why is my telephone working the DSL and voice works of the same line and not 2 different lines.<br> I am serious of thinking of taking legal action against Telkom as i am paying for service i am not getting the ISP are fast to suspend your line if you not paying but they don't ask you why you not paying."""
