Internet line not being fixed

Last week Wednesday our internet became exceedingly slow. We have a 4mb line but can only download at 0.33mb/s (as tested on [URL Removed] We phoned Telkom and were told that there is a fault in our area and that a technician is working on it. On Friday it still wasn't fixed so we communicated with Telkom via Twitter and they said that everything was fine and did a port reset on our line which didn't work. Three port resets were done but it didn't help. We work from our internet at home and we can hardly connect to Google, so we really need our line to be fixed. 5 days is too long to be left with this problem.
