Internet Line Down

My internet line has been down for almost TWO MONTHS now and I have constantly been in contact with the call center who keep \escalating"my fault and then absolutely nothing gets done about it. how many times do I have to call Telkom and complain before something actually gets done about the problem.<br> <br> I feel like they simply don't care about me and couldn't be bothered to help me!!!<br> <br> The only call center agent that seems to be doing anything to help me is Danial Mensah"
