Internet line

I am on a telkom WiFi 10 mb line. I find that I don’t get the speeds that I paid for and frankly when I signed up for the contract the ad said uncapped 10 meg line for R806. Nothing about line speed was explained to me or t and c’s This to me is false advertising because the whole reason why I app**** for adsl was to benefit my family. I am going to go the ombudsman because this is false advertising
