Internet issues

Been without internet for 2 days now. Spoke to 4 consultants and the 4th one logged a fault. Everytime the call cuts out while in the middle of reset the factory settings, they dont bother calling back. Ive spent almost R300 worth of airtime on back and forth calling. And still not sorted.
