Internet has been down for over a WEEK

My internet has been down in Farmingham Ridge for over a week, whenever we call we get a generic excuse that the lines are overloaded, Telkom has refused to send a technician out to look at our internet and phone lines. Its ridiculous to me that we STILL have no internet after calling telkom EVERYDAY.
