Internet down to very slow

So my internet was awesome seen that Notel didn't deliver. So went away this past weekend and got home at about 1 and Internet is so slow. Can't even check my email.<br> <br> Is something wrong and can I expect this in the future. I have 42 gigs left for the month and can't do anything. Please advise.
