Internet down still waiting on technician

Hi there I have been without internet for two days so far...was in the call with customer care and logged in two faults which I'm still waiting for ref no..I got no internet connection and they promise me a technician will come sort it out which I am still waiting for them to come...I'm working from home and needs the internet to do so...
