Internet down. No response from telkom

So disappointed yet again in this kind of service. Internet has been down for the past 3 days and no one came out yet to see what the problem is. And the issue is there are more than one house in the street that has this problem for the past 3 days. When i call in i wait 15min and as soon as someone answer it say the mailbox is full but there was an answer. This happened 3 times. You fet a contract then you get service like this and when you want to cancel the contract you need to pay fees but you pay for poor service. This is not the first time this happens and wish telkom can start taking care of their customers!!!
