Internet down for around 5 days. Still not fixed

Internet down for around 5 days. Still not fixed. I have called in every day since I reported the fault with Telkom, Even though the service in the call center has improved a lot, I cant seem to get a Technician to come out and fix my line no matter how many times, every single consultant \escalate"the problem to the technicians .
