Internet down for 8 days

Telkom, you have a very bad reputation as it is when coming to repairing issues. You are quick to bill us and cut us off if we dont pay..........but wait for ever to have our issues sorted. We have been down for 8 days now........yes 8 days and still get the same story when we call (IT IS BEING ATTENDED TOO) come on guys do your jobs and sort out our issues that we are paying for
