Internet down for 4 weeks
<p>Telkom has failed to fix our phone line for 4 weeks now and we don't hear ANYTHING from them. Telkom is the worst phone company I have ever come across and I will advice everyone to stay away from Telkom as they just treat their customers like ****. I am sick of dealing with Telkom. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM, USELESS COMPANY.</p>

The fault has been linked to a fault at the exchange.
We have sent a escalation to the managers responsible for a progress update and if possible an estimated time of repair.
