internet down for 3 weeks

I have contacted telkom chat everyday for 3 weeks with absolutely no results.the chat agents cannot give you any results .there just waste they time asking you a whole lot of questions and that's it nothing .I have had my telkom internet down for 3 weeks.this has put such a damaging impact on my business an the lost of revenue.telkom should spend a little more money sorting out technical issues instead of wasting they time advertising new products they cannot support
