Internet down for 2 weeks, nobody has come out

My internet has been down for two weeks now and since I work from home I am losing money every minute that Telkom doesn't fix my line. I am actually with Crystal Web, who are great, but there is a line fault that Telkom needs to attend to before i can get my internet back. I have been promised all kinds of time lines, as always, but as always, Telkom hasn't delivered and nobody has checked my line or gotten back to me. Which isn't surprising as this is how Telkom rolls. Can someone please get back to me asap and let me know when a technician is going to come out and attend to this issue?? Surely, 2 weeks is long enough to be without a service that I pay you for? The line number is *** Thanks in advance .
