Internet down almost a month

Good day<br> Consistent failure to repair internet service from 16th January. Has been escalated three times. Most recent of several reference numbers is escalation 44486. Only visits to house have been over weekends - I wonder if the technicians are using the overtime ****??<br> Over a year of struggle to get reasonable service since the wheels fell of speed and reliability.<br> Calls closed without resolution - presumably to keep the statistics looking good.<br> People on the 10210 number are great, but the technical follow-up is abysmal.<br> Tony
