INTERNET DOWN
The past 2 months i had internet issues and no one at telkom could help me then on Sunday 26/11/17 when i make calls my entire network cuts. i called the agent he reset my my modem and router and boom i have no internet now at all. total outage. Till today no one has called or bothered to assist me. When i do call to follow up all i guess our technicians are working on it.
