Internet down

6 weeks ago I called 10210 to report that our Internet isn't working. I was given every reason under the sun as to why it is not working. I was even told that Telkom isn't our Internet provider and that was by a supervisor. I was told today that I have no data because I have no contract with Telkom. How then have I had a working Internet for the past about 7 years. He even tried to sell me a package@ I have till today called in in excess of 12 times. Twice a technician has called to say he will be there today and never pitched either time. I have received 3 sms's to say my Internet is fixed when it isn't. Today a supervisor said the problem has been found and he will call me back today to assure me it has been fixed. Needles to say i am still waiting. I have had enough and j can guarantee we won't be refunded these 2 months that we have had no access to the Internet. Telkom you are pathetic!
