Internet Data Cap ( ref SM144359)

Not sure how to overturn my previous feedback, but Telkom finally came through! A gentleman named Frankie (if I recall correctly) got on the case, called me on Saturday evening, explaining he now knows what the problem is and that it will be fixed on Monday. Called me just now, and the problem is resolved! Checked the TI Tracker website and the correct data allowance is finally showing! Thank you - if you reach the correct person - things happen:-)
