Internet cutting off 5 times a day

Telkom ADSL biggest load of nonsense. Very bad after service Just signed a 2 year contract and paying almost a R1000 amonth. The internet just cuts off and my signal is full.its been cutting off about 5 times a da.every time i must restart my router.
