INTERNET COVERAGE, POOR SERVICE

We have alawys known Telkom for the slow internet and bad service, but this time that have taken this to the highets level. We logged a call on Tuesday as Telkom apparently introduced these wreless phones to cordless phones, my word, the internet is dead dead, you cannot even browse on the internet, let alone uploading files. Clients gets very frustrated when we supposed to be sending documents and they take ages to be received. Today when I contact the call centre again, apparently the first consultant did not dispatch, she just left the log hanging, now about over 10 min on a call this lady not giving me a solution to my query, phone gets cut off, and mind you, when you call in they ask you your landline, meaning they have your numbers and could call you back as their line cut, but nope, not with Telkom. This is the poorest service ever, as they even fail to check the coverage in the area, and the lady kept on asking me how best is the coverage in your area... We are honestly defeated by Telkom and honestly do not know now if they cannot assist us, then who is supposed to be doing so- *** is the reference number they gave us when we first logged in a query
