INTERNET CONNECTION A PROBLEM

The problem that I have with Telkom is always having to complain about NO INTERNET CONNECTION. Just on the 31st of January, I logged a fault and needless to say in two days I received a call from the technician to attend to the problem. Twelve days later, there is no INTERNET CONNECTION AGAIN!!!! This is really not acceptable.
