Internet broken and tickets gets closed without issue being resolved

<p>My internet drops every 2 minutes then reconnects. I reported this issue to Telkom on 05 Dec 2016.</p> <p>I then excalated the issue on Wensday 07 Dec 2016. I explained to the techician that was onsite and the support people on the phone that I have an issue with my SNR (sound noise ratio) .</p> <p>The technician onsite did not know what that was even after i showed him what its doing and what SNR is.</p> <p>THe people over the phone doesnt know what SNR is. </p> <p>I need somebody to fix this SNR issue becuase my internet is not getting fixed and my tickets keeps getting closed.</p> <p>I also put in a request to put my line into the holding pool but nobody has contacted me on this request and i dont even know if they have opened a ticket or are busy with it.</p> <p>The service is just amazing from Telkom.</p>
