Internet barely usable for over a month, no technicians pitch up

We've been struggling with our internet going at 10% the speed we are paying for and dropping randomly multiple times per day for over a month now. Numerous faults have been logged and they just close them saying 'things looked fine to them' even though they never once pitched up at my house! This latest fault has been 'in progress' for over a week now. Telkom can 100% see the SNR value is below 6dB and the line is syncing at 20% the speed it should be syncing at. The telephone lines are even out now too! I'm now having to pay out of my pocket for an electrician to come fix their **** infrastructure, I can't wait another month for these fools to get off their asses
