Internet and telephone is Dead for more then a Week

<p>Telkom line is dead at Hermanstad/ Daspport Pretoria for more then a week now i have reported it and they just say they have to wait for something this is Not great services Mweb our internet Provider have look and say the lines is dead now the house have no internet or no phone When are you guys going to fix it ? the Telkom lines keep breaking down was fix 2 times since we installed the line from march 2016 its hard not to have internet the Telkom site say we have to be online here so whats going on ?????</p>
