INTERNET ACCESS DOWN AFTER SMS RECEIVED

After receiving sms from Telkom, that due to power failures our router will reset to default, nobody is able to get my internet up and running again. I have talked to 4 agents at the call centre without any luck. Last year the same thing happened. I am paying for internet that I can`t use at the moment. I need someone to fix this.
