Internet

Since December our internet is not working and our system is on the internet we can't help any clients because if its not slow it is completely off. We phoned and phoned and phoned every time we must hear our request has been escalated and a technician has been assigned to us but we haven't seen any technician, today our internet is on for few seconds and then it goes off and on our clients are not impressed with us and Telkom is still waiting for a technician. I phoned 4 times today the second time i hold on for an hour before someone picked up the phone after that all i hear is no one knows when the technician will come but he will come. I am not impressed with Telkom services at all. If you don't want to help us then just tell us because what are we supposed to tell our clients
