International roaming

<p>I was overseas for 3 weeks. During that time international roaming never worked on my Telkom mobile phone., I followed their instruction 100 % , but nothing worked. I had asked Telkom 3 times on how to make international roaming work.</p> <p>Even now, I cannot send any sms messages and my phone still shows that international roaming is switched on.</p> <p>It is useless to go to their local braanch.</p> <p>The staff has no idea whatsoever how to sort out my problem</p> <p> </p>
