International Inquiries - Telkom ( Service sucks) - No suprise though

<p>I dont think it is neccesary for me to write an entire essay about my experience with Telkom, I bet even if I did, they wouldn't care - just like how the call centre supervisor didn't care when I told her I was posting about this ****py service on hellopeter, she just said okay :| :|. Telkom Internation inquiries hasn't been able to help me in retrieving a residential telephone number for a person in India and I have been calling them for 8 weeks, every week. All the "very competent" operators say to me is " uhhhhhh It's not a problem on our side, it's a problem on the Indian side". Like I care whose problem it is. Nobody cares what the problem is, all we need to know is what the solution is.....which to my shock is " we have escalated it". Ha ha ha </p> <p>Telkom is a joke. I will continue posting here everyday up until I recieve a educated well informed action plan on what is being done to sort this out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
