International calls non existent

<p>I have been using my landline for many years to call abroad but haven't made an international call in a few weeks.i tried calling a week ago and all of a sudden it doesn't work.I tried chatting online to someone who advised me the international service is deactivated and I need to call the sales team.The sales team advises there is no bar on the account and transfers me to the technical department.She then advises its active and tells me to call 109003 wrong number of course.I finally get the correct number and the international agent gives me this number 101551 as there is a bar on the number.This is unbelievable service,two days after trying to get hold of someone to help me and I'm still not able to make an international call.</p> <p>Does anyone at this place care to provide service or has it become non existent.</p>
